Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
The returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition. The return must include all the materials that came with the original shipping, including the product, tool, instruction manual, and packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase, your order number, or other information.

Products can be returned to one of our warehouse in United States or China. The specific return destination will be determined based on our inventory management and logistics needs.

Warranty

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a One Year full warranty on all our products. If you have any problems with your saber within the first One Year of receiving your order, we will repair or replace your saber free of charge. If your warranty period expires, we will still receive parts from us for repair at a separate cost.

RETURN POLICY

We will send replacements or do repairs for any non-man-made damaged products. We do not do returns and refunds if the product has no manufacturing defects. Please discuss this with us within 7 days after you receive the order. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping and the $30 restocking fee.

Refunds

When your return is accepted, you will have to send your item back at your own cost and follow our instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive the return, we will process it accordingly. The processing time generally takes approximately 3-5 business days. Once we receive your return, you will receive an update via email from our returns department, letting you know that we have received your product and how the process is going. We will issue refunds the day the product has been received and reviewed for completeness.

Change and cancellation
We will start working on your order as soon as you submit it. Therefore it’s very unlikely that we can change or cancel it. If your order was made in the last 24 hours, please contact us, and we will do our best to make it happen. Please note that once your order has been shipped, there is a fee to change the shipping address. Please keep that in mind before placing your order!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
